Where we ship
The United States only, at present. If you're outside the US and want a wheel, email hello@thefocuswheel.com and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help yet.
What it costs
Standard — free on orders of $70 or more. Since a single wheel is $149, that is every order.
Express — $15.
You'll see the options and the exact cost at checkout before you pay. Any sales tax is calculated there too, based on your delivery address.
When your order leaves
The FW–1 is not shipping yet. If you order now, your order is held until it is.
We'll email you with a dispatch date as soon as we have one, and again when your wheel actually ships, with tracking. You can cancel at any point before it leaves us and we'll refund you in full — just email hello@thefocuswheel.com with your order number. There is nothing to send back and no fee.
We would rather tell you it isn't ready than invent a date we can't hold.
Delivery addresses
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away — while your order is still with us we can change it. Once a parcel has shipped to a wrong address we can't reroute it, and a return to sender is treated as a normal return.
If something goes wrong in transit
If your wheel arrives damaged, or tracking says delivered and it isn't with you, email us. We'll sort it — a replacement or a refund, your choice. We cover the postage in either case.

Thirty days, opened or not. The full terms, including who pays return postage, are in our refund policy.
